Welcome Funeral Directors, Crematory Owners, and Memorialization Specialist. Mesoloft is excited to start partnering with Funeral Homes, Crematories, and other's in the funeral industry. This page is here to answer some questions and show you how our process works both on our end and yours. We think Mesoloft is the perfect service to add to those you already offer your customers. With Mesoloft you are providing a story that the families will remember for the rest of their lives while remembering their loved one's.
There will be two different types of customers; first those that come to you and ask about our service and the others that contact us first. In both situations we strive to provide an easy process between you and your customers but also between you and the Mesoloft team. Below is a step by step process from when you talk to your customer through the customer receiving their videos and commemorative photo book. Customer Talks to You First
STEP ONE
Simply fill in the form below if you haven't already so we have your info to reach out to you.
We will reach out to you as soon as possible and get the basic information of your customer and answer any questions you or they may have.
STEP TWO
CLICK HERE for the release/waiver form. You will get the customers information and signatures. This can either be scanned and emailed back to us at info@mesoloft.com OR mailed with the remains.
STEP THREE
Direct your customer to our website where they will use our online store to place the preflight deposit.
STEP THREE
From here we will provide you with an address and prepaid postage for you to ship the remains so that we can schedule the flight for the customer. From here you are done! We handle the rest.
STEP FOUR
Once we have confirmed that we've received the remains, the signed waivers, and the deposit for the launch we pay the funeral home for the shipping and coordination ($400). You get paid for mailing the ashes and we handle it from there!
Customer Talks to Mesoloft First
STEP ONE
Once we've talked with the customer we will ask for their local or preferred funeral home (you).
STEP TWO
We will reach out to you and confirm that you will provide the transfer of the remains and mail the ashes to Mesoloft
STEP THREE
From here we will provide you with an address and prepaid postage for you to ship the remains so that we can schedule the flight for the customer. From here you are done! We handle the rest.
STEP FOUR
After a successful flight and we receive our second payment we will send your payment for providing the transfer and shipping ($200).
